Section 28
According to prevailing law
Notwithstanding anything written elsewhere in this Act, in accordance with the prevailing law, a person holding a public position or a public servant is involved in the offense and will be prosecuted and punished according to the Abuse of Authority Investigation Commission Act, 2048 and Prevention of Corruption Act, 2059. There will be action and punishment.
